Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of the delivery date. Due to a high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and make up free. This includes smoke, deodorant and perfume scents. Original Tags Must be attached (if applicable) Attached & intact. Our entire Sale Collection is not eligible for return or refund. We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. Any additional postage purchased is non refundable. Please include your name and order number on the package for smooth processing. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed after delivery. Returns postmarked after the 12 business days of delivery will be rejected.
